| Jayaram again in Akku Akbar film

Jayaram will once again play the hero in a film to be directed by Akku Akbar. Akku Akbar, who had earlier directed movies
as part of the Akbar-Jose duo (Mazhathullikilukkam, Sadanandante Samayam etc), made his independent debut with the Hindi
movie, Gauri The Unborn. Then he made his independent debut in Malayalam with Veruthe Oru Bharya, a Jayaram-Gopika starrer
that went on to become a big hit. In fact it was among the top grosser in 2008.

And now, Jayaram is to act once again in
Akku Akbar’s Kaanakanmani, which will have Padmapriya as the heroine. K.Gireesh Kumar, who had written the script for
Veruthe Oru Bharya and very recently the Jayaram-starrer Samastha Keralam P.O too, will be the scriptwriter for
Kaanakanmani too. The film will be produced under the banner of Ann Mary Productions and will start rolling in June.
