Popular actress and item specialist Kiran Rathod's High School, directed by Narasimha Nandi and produced by Mallana under the banner of Aishwarya Films, was banned from screening by a division bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The bench made the interim order in a public interest writ petition filed by Sitarama Raju, a social worker from Khammam, complaining that High School is the story of a 30-year-old teacher’s love affair with a 13-year-old schoolboy.
