Trisha is elated with the success of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ (VTV). But she has declared that she won’t do one thing that she did for VTV ever again. The actor was not referring to the handful of liplock scenes she had with Simbu in the film.

Trisha plays the role of Jessie in VTV who is a year older to the hero Karthik played by Silambarasan. How come Trisha agreed to play older to Silambarasan? “Initially, I refused to do the role and argued and fought with the director on the age factor. But finally Goutham managed to convince me and told me the story needs it. Jessie is different,” says Trisha. After seeing the film and the wonderful reception her character has got, Trisha is more than happy to have done that role.
