The movie Khatta Meetha is the Hindi remake of the 1989 super hit Malayalam movie VELLANAKALUDE NADU. Director Priyadarshan who directed the original Malayalam film is directing the Hindi version as well. The film, Khatta Meetha is produced by Akshay Kumar’s Hari Om Productions.
Khatta Meetha is a satirical comedy, and it stars the Bollywood hunk, Akshay Kumar. The south Indian big screen sensation Trisha Krishnan is going to debut in the flick, as the love interest of Akshay Kumar. The other actors in the supporting roles are Rajpal Yadav, Johny Lever, Neeraj Vora, Aruna Irani and Urvashi Sharma.
