She is best known for her performances in the Selvaraghavan flicks ‘Kadhal Konden’ and ‘7G Rainbow Colony'.
While doing these films they both fell in love eventually got married in 2006. Later they
separated. 
After her marriage with director Selvaraghavan gone sour, Sonia Agarwal returned to acting career with the television serial ‘Naanal’ produced by Kushboo for Kalaignar TV.
