The best comic star in Malayalm had failed in creating magic twice as a director with his movies Annakutty Kodambakkam Vilikkunnu (1989) and Kalyana Uniikal (1997) not being appreciated by the audience.         Jagathy's new untitled movie is being scripted by Mahesh Chandra and will be produced by Prakash Chokkad and Anand Unnithan under the banner of Puthenvelikkara Films. The cast and the crew for the movie is being finalised and Jagathy plans to rope in Illayaraja for the music in the movie. The big budget movie is expected to be a humorous one to go with Jagathy's personal style.
