Ingredients:
Sponge cake or
tea cake-1kg
Fresh cream-2 tins
milk-1/2 cup
fresh fruits like pineapple,mango etc for topping
Sugar to taste
Method:
Cut the cake into two horizontally Mix the milk with the cream and
add sugar to taste.Take a vessel and pour some of this at the bottom
and then keep one piece of the cake that was cut.then pour the mixture
on top of the cake again. Place the other piece of cake on top of
this and pour the mixture again on top of the mixture and then place
the fresh fruits on top of this.Refrigerate this for 4-5 hours.
