Cake
Ingredients
1 cup oil or
melted butter
2 cups of sugar
3 cups maida
4 eggs
Method:
Make a batter mixing all the ingredients plus 1 cup fruit juice and
3 drops of pineapple essence and 1tsp of baking powder. Add a few
cashew nuts and dates. Grease a tin, pour in the batter and bake..You
can substitute the juice and the pineapple essence with 1 cup milk
and 3 drops of vanilla essence if you prefer a different taste the
next time!
Note: This is a cake with a variety as you can try
substituting something else for the basic ingredients each time you
do your baking. And 1234 is the measure of the ingredients!!(easy
to remember!!!)
