Bread Pudding
Method
1) Make a mixture (beat in the big jar of the mixie) of 1 tin of
pineapple slices (chopped) and a little of its juice from the
tin, 1 tbs of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, little vanilla
essence and 1 egg.
2) Tear up 3 slices of bread...(especially the top and bottom
slices which are dry and hard)
3) Grease a baking tray with butter and put the bread pieces in it.
Pour the Mixture onto it. Each tiny breadcrumb should be soaked. Bake
for a few mins (20 mins on medium heat) or microwave for 10 mins
4)Sprinkle brown sugar on top and serve...
