Ingredients
Badam:250gms.
almonds,250gms
sugar,1/2tsp
2 silverleaves.
Method of Preparation
Soak almonds in warm water overnight.peel
and grind in a mixer to a fine uniform paste. Now boil sugar in a
cup of water and prepare thick syrup. add almonds(paste)and stir well.cook
for 5 minutes on slow fire.add cardamoms and remove from fire. grease
a plate with ghee and spread the paste evenly. decorate with silver
leaves and set aside,till cool. cut into square or diamond shaped
pieces as you desire and serve..
