Carrot Halwa
Ingredients

Carrot - 1 kg
Butter - 3 Table spoon
Sugar - 2 Tablespoon
Milk Powder - 4 table spoon
Cardamom Powder - Teaspoon

Preparation Method

Cook gratted carrot with butter in a pan till the water in carrot becomes dry. then add sugar cardamom , milk powder n smash it well in simmer for around ten minutes or it will be very much mixed. (can also use fresh milk but it will take much more time).
