Rice : 1 cup
Jaggery : ½ cup GRATED
Coconut : ¾ cup grated
Cardamom : 2 nos powdered
Roasted Cashews nut & raisins : few

Preparation Method

IN A KADAI DRY ROAST RICE TILL CRISP AND BROWN. KEEP IT ASIDE TO COOL. NOW IN A MIXER POWDER THE RICE TO FINE POWDER THEN ADD GRATED COCONUT, JAGGERY GRATED, CARDAMON GRIND AGAIN TILL ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE GROUND WELL. REMOVE IT FROM YHE MIXER. ADD CASHEW AND RAISINS, SHAPE IT IN TO SMALL LADOOS.
