1. nanmeen or aikoora-1

2.kashmiri chilli powder- 2.5 tbsp
3. coriander powder-2 tbsp
4. salt -needed
5.garlic-cut thin lenghty- 1 tsp
6.ginger-cut thin lenghty-1 tsp
7 valan puli or tamarind - 1 put in water for soaking.
8. kudampuli -2 cloves
for fry:
small onion -handfull.
uluva-1 tsp
Method of Preparation
Put the fish and all the ingrediants in
a heavy bottom pan except the things for fry.. and the tamarind
also then fry the onion nn the uluva till the onion gets brown in
color.. pour the fried one into the pan where the get boiled. then
dont cover the pan with lid . let it get thick gravy.. .. it will
so tasty mulagu curry.. it will go up with rice, chappathi, etc..
