1 kg chicken.
1/4 kgs.chewsnut.
6 green chillies.
1/2 spoon Red chilly.
1 inch ginger piece.
Red colour(optional)
Nestle cream
4 onions
3 small tomotoes.
1/2 cup of butter.
salt to taste.
oil .
Method of Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces and
keep aside. Add salt and little colour, and fry it in pan with enough
oil till done. Now grind all the ingredients well in fine paste.
Take another pan, put the remaining butter and add the ground paste
and pour one glass of water, add the chicken pieces, let it boil
for few minutes.after 10 minutes when it is semi-solid add Nestle
cream and garnish with long strands of ginger and corrinader.
