Ingredients

Squid Prawns (White) - 3 Medium size
Ginger - 200g
Garlic - 20g
Green chilli - 20g
Onion - 25g
Turmeric - 30g
Salt - 15g
Chilli powder - to taste
Lime - 1
Oil - to fry


Method of Preparation
1. Wash and clean the squids. 2. Mince the prawns. Heat the oil and sauté chopped ginger, garlic, onion and green chilli. 3. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry well. 4. Add the prawns meat, sauté for 10 minutes, add lime and salt. 5. Stuff the prawns mixture inside the squids and shallow-fry.
