Ingredients:
Chicken 500 gm
Onion 2
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1tsp
Chilly Sauce 1tsp
Tomato Sauce 2tsp
Green Chilli 5
Lime Juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder ˝ tsp

Preparation
Chicken cut in to small pieces, Marinate in a mixture of turmeric powder,
pepper, salt, lime juice for 30 or 40 minutes and deep fry it softly.
Sauté ginger, garlic, green chilli stir until lightly brown, add whole sauce,
onions chicken stir for 5 minutes .Garnish with Coriander leaves, Celery,
Spring onions. Serve it hot.
