Nadan Beef Curry
Ingredients:

Indian Beef -- 1 kg
Onion -- 500gm
Tomato --- 2 Big
Ginger/Garlic -- 3 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Green Chilli --- 5 (Chopped)
Curry Leaves --- Handfull(Chopped)
Garam Masala -- 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder -- 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder --1 teaspoon
pepper powder -- 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder -- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt for taste

Method of Preparation

First chopp ginger garlic green chilli & curry leafs together and fry it in 4 tablespoon cooking oil, once it is golden brown add chopped onions, when onion becomes nicely cooked add tomatos n keep for sometime in medium heat so as it will be cooked softly, then add all the powders n stir for 2-3minutes. then add 2 cups of water n wait till it boils for 2- 3 minutes (till oil floats), then add beef and more water till it cooked soft, u can use a pressure cooker (no need to add more water only beef) for cooking beef nicely.
