Ingredients:
Chicken -- 250 gm
Onion -- 1 medium
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Potato -- 1 Big
pepper -- 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method of
Preparation
Cook chicken, potato, onion with garam masala and salt in little water so as the mixture will be finely cooked. Then smash the mixture nicely make it into patties dip in egg white then in rava and fry in oil. Top up with finely cut onion.
