Travancore Chicken Fry
Ingredients:

Chicken Drum Sticks / Thighs - 500 gm
Small Onion - 100gm
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Crushed Chilli - Tablespoon
Cooking Oil - to fry
Salt for taste

Method of Preparation

Mix chicken pieces with tumeric and chilli powder and keep for about 1/2 hour. Half fry in oil, in rest of oil saute nicely chopped onions with ginger garlic paste, then add pepper, crushed chilli,garam masala saute for 2 minutes and add half fried chicken pieces and keep in simmer for about 10 minutes.Take off and serve hot with any Indian bread.
