RAJMAH CUTLET

Ingredients

Rajmah : 1 cup
Boiled potato : 1Nos.
Salt : to taste
Green chillies : 2 Nos.
Coriander leaves chopped: 2 tsp
Rice flour : 1 tbsp
Corn Flour or maida : 1 tbsp
Oil : for deep frying

Preparation

Pressure cook Rajmah & drain. Now in a bowl put the cooked rajmah and smash it Add boiled potato smash together Add all other ingredientds except oil. Mix well shape them like cutlets & deep fry Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
