Maanga Pulisserry

Ingredients

Mangoes (full ripe) - 2-3
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Green Chillies- 7-8 Nos
cummin seeds (jeera) - 1 tbls spn
turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Curd - 2 cups
Mustard seeds- 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Red chillies - 5-6
Oil
salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Cut mangoes to square pieces. Add turmeric powder and jeera with grated coconut and grind well. Then cook well adding the mango pieces and green chillies to it for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool and add curd to it. Add salt to taste. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies and saute. Pour this to the bowl and mix it well... ur mango pulissery is ready to serve.
